ASP.Net Globalization Culture In Web.Config - 04/12/2013

Getting dollar signs when you want pound sterling signs? All your dates the wrong way around?

To get the whole app/website/program thingy to speak your locale put this into your web.config file...

<globalization culture="en-GB" />

This goes under system.web so your web.config file will look like...

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <globalization culture="en-GB" />
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Now of course you'll need to find the bit of text for your country. America is "en-US" and if you use google I'm sure there's a list somehwere for endless countries.
