Visual Studio Code Reset - Green Underlines

Visual Studio 2019. Working just fine then as if by magic there's green squiggly underlines under obvious code, even code that's worked fine before. It's basically telling me that <asp:Button... is not even recognised. Pants.

Go to Tools --> Import And Export Settings --> Reset All Settings --> No Just Reset.... --> I chose Visual C# --> Restart VS.
